This immersive experience brings together yoga, meditation, and Kalaripayattu in the landscapes where these traditions continue to live and evolve. The experience includes time in the peaceful countryside of Palakkad and a stay at the Isha Yoga Center.

 

The Journey

 

12 December | Arrival
You’ll be received at Coimbatore Airport and travel by road to Bodhi Kalaripayattu Centre in Palakkad.

Surrounded by coconut palms, paddy fields, and open skies, this space offers the ideal setting to settle in, rest, and begin the immersion gently.

 

Palakkad | 12–16 December
Life here follows a steady, grounding rhythm.
Mornings begin with yoga and pranayama, preparing the body and breath for the day ahead. Late mornings are dedicated to Kalaripayattu and practical self- defence training, adapted for all levels.

 

Afternoons allow time for rest and integration, followed by evening movement practices, meditation, and reflective sessions. One afternoon is set aside for a short cultural visit to Palakkad town, including the historic fort and Kalpathi Heritage Village.

 

As part of the immersion, you’ll receive one complimentary marma massage with consultation, supporting recovery and offering insight into traditional healing practices.

 

 

Isha Foundation | 16–18 December
On 16 December, we travel by comfortable SUV to Coimbatore for a two-day stay at Sadhguru’s Isha Foundation.
This phase of the journey is quieter and more inward-focused, allowing space for yogic sadhana, stillness, and self-reflection within a powerful spiritual environment.

Full Price: AUD $1,100/- per person

Booking Deposit: AUD $375 per person (non-refundable)

Cancellation Policy
* Booking deposit is non-refundable
* 50% refund for cancellations made on or before 30 July 2026
* 25% refund for cancellations between 31 July and 30 August 2026
* No refunds after 30 August 2026
If full payment has not been made, the same policy applies and the applicable cancellation amount will be payable.
In the unlikely event that the immersion is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued, including the booking deposit.
