Service Description
Silambam is a traditional South Indian martial art that uses the stick to develop coordination, agility, strength, and mental focus. This 8-week beginner workshop introduces the fundamentals of Silambam in a structured and accessible way. The training focuses on correct posture, footwork, hand coordination, and basic stick rotation techniques. Sessions are progressive, allowing students to build confidence, control, and rhythm at their own pace. This workshop is suitable for all age groups and fitness levels. No prior martial arts experience is required. Whether your goal is to improve physical fitness, learn a traditional art form, or develop better body awareness, this course provides a strong foundation in Silambam practice. What you will learn: • Basic Silambam stance and posture • Footwork and movement patterns • Stick grip and rotation techniques • Coordination, balance, and timing • Strength, flexibility, and focus through traditional training Who can join: Open to beginners of all ages and fitness levels.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings are essential as spaces are limited. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. - Cancellations are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to someone else. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance with the new attendee’s name. - No-shows without notice will forfeit the booking. • If the event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.
